In 2001, I set out on a mission to counter the waste industry’s complexities and dubious practices. Waste haulers have established a position that benefits them at the expense of the companies they serve. They continue to impose unjustified price increases, endless surcharges, baseless one-time fees, and unfavorable contractual terms.
